Ms. Lane was born and raised in Springville Alabama, just northeast of Birmingham. After graduating Springville High School, she attended Jacksonville State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Ms. Lane received her Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law.

She initially focused her practice on Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, and Paternity, but has since expanded the practice to include Adoptions, Involuntary Commitments, Guardianships and Conservatorship\'s, Class Action Litigation, Auto Accidents and Personal Injury.
