Omar A. Cardenas
Omar A. Cardenas spent several years of his childhood living in Bogota, Colombia. He came back to the United States at the early age of 7 and spent the majority of his life in central New Jersey. After graduating from South Brunswick High School in 2000, he attended and graduated from Rutgers University in 2004. He then attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
While attending law school he worked for several litigation firms handling a wide range of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice and general civil litigation matters. He gained extensive experience in the particular areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, intentional torts, and insurance law.
Mr. Cardenas is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.
